Week 8 - Final Week
Hey there everyone, I guess this is probably the end.
On work in the game, I did some last touch ups in the mobs before the showcase. Some bugs where still present, such as some layering done wrong or even some slimes walking inside the walls.
Even then the main event for this week was MOJO. A very fun and different experience for me, since I'd never been in a game showcase before, and I think we as a team were able to deliver a fun experience according to the feedback we received, even if the game was incomplete.
These 8 weeks have been great, even if sometimes stressful, but it made me learn a lot in what game dev actually is ( and that it is not as scary as I thought) and in the techniques that can be used to make a game a good experience, and although we might not continue the development of the game, the experience will be useful in future works.
