Week 6 - Level Implementation
A Child's Tale » Devlog
This week was bit lighter, as I was mostly occupied by another course.
Most of my work was bug fixing and building in engine the levels that were designed last week.
Not much to comment on here, it was mostly mindless work, having only to make a few tiny adjustments to the design to account for the particularities of the game.
The levels are mere squares for now, next week we'll see if we can give them a bit more character.

If you have the blockout done, then focus on the message you want to send to the player. Perhaps you will not have time to add all the planned environment and that is ok, but you should add enough to sell the story. Discuss with your colleagues and start consolidating the game to have that message you want to send out.
